Service provided as-is
BidReady Pro is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We work hard to keep the service running smoothly and accurately, but we make no warranties about uptime, availability, or the suitability of generated proposals for any particular contract. You're responsible for reviewing every proposal before sending it to a client.
Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel. All prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you won't be charged again. We don't offer refunds for partial months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or through the app before they take effect.
