What we collect
We collect your email address when you create an account and basic usage data about how you interact with BidReady Pro (proposals generated, features used, pages visited). We use this information to operate the service, improve the product, and contact you about your account.
Payments
We use Stripe to process all payments. Your credit card details are sent directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.
We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the service providers we need to run BidReady Pro (such as our hosting provider and Stripe), and only to the extent required to deliver the service.
